Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles, ideally in consumer technology or electronics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team by recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching Retail Assistants to deliver specialist-level, consultative customer service.
• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing, rostering, stock levels, inventory accuracy, cash handling, and standards.
• Track sales, inventory, and operating expenses; prepare performance reports and work within budget.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and company policies; safeguard assets with stock control and cash handling.
