Job summary

Stryker Malaysia seeks a senior commercial leader to grow the Mako robotic platform across Malaysia. This hybrid, field-based role will partner with surgeons, hospital leaders and payers to expand adoption of robotic-assisted orthopaedic procedures.

You will lead revenue growth, develop market access plans, and collaborate with regional/global teams on reimbursement, pricing and product launches. Travel approx. 40% across Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience in a multinational medical technology or healthcare company.
• Knowledge or experience in orthopaedics, joint replacement, robotic-assisted surgery, capital equipment or related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy and sales execution for the Mako platform in Malaysia.
• Deliver annual capital sales and manage pricing strategies, business cases, deal negotiations and P&L performance.
