Coherent Corp. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee shifting operations for ROADM products in a 100% onsite role.
You will manage manpower according to production demand, drive process improvements, and ensure adherence to schedules and packing plans. The role requires a degree or diploma in business/admin/economics/IE/production management with 2+ years in high-volume manufacturing and experience with Oracle/ERP/SAP/MRP tools.
Executed shiftly target plans, continuously monitoring line performance, resolving bottlenecks and driving process improvements to enhance output and efficiency.
Share and clarify the job scope, key responsibilities, KPIs and performance expectations.
Manage and organize headcount allocation based on product priority and production demand to ensure optimal manpower utilization.
Lead end to end production delivery for ROADM products, ensuring output meetdelivery, schedule and internal pack plan target\"
Take corrective action on problematic DLs by issuing DAFs and conducting follow up with clinics for attendance issues related to MC patterns.
Execute the process of returning module to vendor (RTV)
Compiling all 3 shift attendance data for Monthly Report
Leave approval using Ramco
Updating the data for EIP system
Identify the Aging module and execute to production run
Execute the process of moving module to MRB
Investigate and perform corrective action for internal audit
Workflow application for requesting company properties garments
Workflow application for requesting & returning material (MTF)
Interview and Screening DL for fulfilling manpower allocation requirement
Workflow application and process return wip back to main store
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Admin / Economics / IE / Production Management and related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years working experience in a high-volume high mix production environment managing production with at least 3 years in supervisory position.
Experience working with Oracle/ ERP/ SAP/ MRP tools.
Experience working on lean manufacturing and quality improvement projects.
Computer software knowlegde etc, especially in Microsoft Office.
