Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing information for the Annual Statement on Risk Management and Internal Control for the Annual Report.
• Gather and consolidate risk management and internal control information from relevant business units and departments.
• Review and update supporting documentation, risk management activities and disclosures to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare information for IFRS S1 and IFRS S2 reporting.
• Collect, organize and validate sustainability, climate and risk information from various departments.
• Maintain supporting data, documentation and working papers for reporting.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for quarterly Risk Management meetings.
• Review and update risk registers with descriptions, ratings, mitigations, owners and actions.
• Follow up on risk mitigation actions and consolidate updates for management review.
• Maintain records and documentation of risk management activities and follow-ups.
