Job summary

Ecoworld International in Malaysia is seeking a proactive professional to support the Group’s Annual Statement on Risk Management and Internal Control, as well as IFRS S1 & S2 sustainability reporting. The role involves collecting information from business units, coordinating risk management activities, and maintaining supporting data for disclosures.

**It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!****Annual Risk Management & Internal Control Reporting*** Assist in the preparation and compilation of information for the **Annual Statement on Risk Management and Internal Control** for inclusion in the Group’s Annual Report.* Assist in gathering and consolidating risk management and internal control information from relevant business units and departments.* Support the review and updating of supporting documentation, risk management activities and disclosures to ensure information is complete and accurate.**IFRS S1 & S2 Sustainability-Related Reporting*** Assist in the preparation and compilation of information required for **IFRS S1 (General Requirements for Disclosure of Sustainability-related Financial Information)** and **IFRS S2 (Climate-related Disclosures)** reporting.* Support the collection, organisation and validation of relevant sustainability, climate-related and risk information from various departments.* Assist in maintaining supporting data, documentation and working papers for reporting and disclosure purposes.**Quarterly Risk Management & Risk Register Review*** Assist in the coordination and preparation of materials for **quarterly Risk Management meetings**, including meeting papers, presentations and supporting documents.* Assist in the review and updating of **risk registers**, including risk descriptions, risk ratings, mitigation measures, risk owners and action plans.* Follow up with relevant departments on updates to risk mitigation actions and assist in consolidating the information for management review.* Assist in maintaining proper records and documentation of risk management activities and follow-up actions.The selection process may take some time as we carefully consider each talent that comes our way.
