Job summary

EcoWorld Project Management Sdn Bhd invites applications for a role supporting Risk Management and Internal Control reporting. You will assist in preparing the Annual Statement on Risk Management and Internal Control for the Group’s Annual Report, and in gathering information from relevant business units to ensure completeness and accuracy.

You will also assist with IFRS S1 & S2 Sustainability-related reporting, collect data from departments, maintain working papers, and support quarterly Risk

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and compilation of information for the Annual Statement on Risk Management and Internal Control for inclusion in the Group’s Annual Report.
• Assist in gathering and consolidating risk management and internal control information from relevant business units and departments.
• Support the review and updating of supporting documentation, risk management activities and disclosures to ensure information is complete and accurate.
• Assist in the preparation and compilation of information required for IFRS S1 (General Requirements for Disclosure of Sustainability-related Financial Information) and IFRS S2 (Climate-related Disclosures) reporting.
• Support the collection, organisation and validation of relevant sustainability, climate-related and risk information from various departments.
• Assist in maintaining supporting data, documentation and working papers for reporting and disclosure purposes.
• Assist in the coordination and preparation of materials for quarterly Risk Management meetings, including meeting papers, presentations and supporting documents.
• Assist in the review and updating of risk registers, including risk descriptions, risk ratings, mitigation measures, risk owners and action plans.
• Follow up with relevant departments on updates to risk mitigation actions and assist in consolidating the information for management review.
• Assist in maintaining proper records and documentation of risk management activities and follow-up actions.
