Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related role.
• Experience in billing and financial systems implementation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end reconciliation from customer orders to billing.
• Monitor dashboard and analyze call records for gaps in voice traffic.
• Lead and manage Revenue Assurance projects.
