Boost Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a Market Retention Specialist to drive customer retention across Life/Biz/Credit/Bank entities in Malaysia. You will execute campaigns via owned channels to targeted segments and push transactions through personalized messaging.

You'll build, schedule and monitor campaigns, analyze performance, and report MAU/MTU weekly. A 1–2 year background in customer marketing and strong data analytics skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years’ experience in customer marketing or customer retention.
• Proven background in managing/executing retention campaigns.
• Experience in customer lifecycle and understanding of customer lifecycle.
• Data analytics skills and track record in campaign execution.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Tableau, Selligent, Salesforce, Quicksight.
• Knowledge of retention execution tools such as Clevertap, Netcore, Selligent, eClerx.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Graduate in Digital Marketing / Marketing / Advertising / Business Management.
• Plus – Knowledge in Adobe Creative Software – Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.

• Create, configure, adjust and deploy targeted marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign success metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Provide analysis, observations, and recommendations on all MAU MTU campaigns.
• Weekly reporting of MAU MTU.
