Job summary

AEON Wellness Tasek Central invites applications for a Team Leader role in retail operations. You will lead a team to deliver excellent customer service, manage store procedures, and ensure promotional accuracy across products and services.

Demonstrated experience in retail operations, Diploma/Degree, and strong MS Office skills are required. You will train staff, monitor budgets, and strive for continuous improvement in merchandise flow and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Possessed at least Diploma/Degree in any field.
• 2-3 years of working experience in retail operations management/related field.
• Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Listen and communicate positively with customers to build a strong and loyal relationship.
• Ensure that all product, facilities and services that were advertised and promoted are correct and updated.
• Participate in store re-opening process by welcoming customers and filling up the shortages.
• Keep the Company's assets in good operating condition and train team members to do the same.
• Observe and comply with Company's policies and ensure safety and security equipment are in good working condition.
• Contribute ideas to improve merchandise flow, implantation and presentation and emphasize teamwork.
• Provide assistance and maintain good communication with your team; be independent and disciplined.
• Participate in training activities and organize training to improve professional skills of your team.
• Lead and motivate your team to achieve results and develop career/knowledge/skills.
