Job summary

AS Watson Group in Malaysia is hiring for a Retail Associate to achieve sales targets while delivering friendly, professional service. You will work closely with the Area Manager to recruit high-caliber staff and maintain optimum staffing levels.

The role includes in-store training, efficient store operations, and ensuring stock levels are always sufficient. Applicants should be personable, communicate well, and be able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
• SPM/STPM/A Level/Pre-U or Professional Certificate.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills; adaptable and results oriented.
• At least 3 years of working experience in retail/F&B.
• Outgoing personality with high energy.
• Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Full/Part-Time positions available.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets set.
