Job summary

KK SUPER MART KLIA 2, Gateway (GWY) is hiring a Shop Assistant (Full Time) to support daily store operations at KLIA2. You will handle goods receipt, shelving, and inventory while ensuring a neat and safe retail environment.

The role requires 1–3 years retail experience, strong leadership, customer service excellence, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Own transport is preferred and the successful candidate will help maintain KK Super Mart's reputation for quality service.

Qualifications

• SPM, diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Retail experience 1–3 years; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect and return goods; manage inventory.
• Keep store premises clean and organized.
• Operate store equipment according to procedures.
• Ensure safety of store property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergencies and report to the relevant personnel.
• Uphold KK Super Mart’s image and reputation at all times.
