Responsibilities

• Open and close the store according to trained SOP’s.
• Demonstrate product knowledge by presenting merchandise features.
• Follow the steps of service.
• Display stock attractively according to presentation standards.
• Participate in stock takes and process incoming stock.
• Report out-of-date, missing, or damaged stock.
• Rotate stock and monitor use by dates.
• Process stock transfers.
• Operate ePOS equipment according to procedure.
• Create a vibrant park atmosphere by promoting retail items.
• Respond to guest enquiries confidently.
• Provide memorable moments for guests.
• Resolve guest challenges promptly.
• Deliver excellence in guest service.
• Suggest and recommend products to guests.
