Job summary

MAC FRIENDS SDN BHD is inviting dynamic individuals to join our Kuala Lumpur flagship store as Retail Sales Assistants. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers find the right products, processing transactions, and keeping the store looking its best.

Qualifications

• Education: minimum SPM or equivalent. Fresh graduates encouraged.
• Experience: 1–2 years in retail or customer service preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and engage with customers as they enter the store.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and assisting with fittings/selections.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Assist in stock in, restocking shelves, conducting inventory checks, and maintaining a clean and organised store floor.
• Achieve personal and store-wide sales targets.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you are the face of our brand. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them find exactly what they need while keeping the store looking its absolute best.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome and engage with customers as they enter the store.

Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and assisting with fittings/selections.

Process transactions accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system.

Assist in Stock in, restocking shelves, conducting inventory checks, and maintaining a clean and organised store floor.

Achieve personal and store-wide sales targets.

Other ac-hoc duty task by supervisor.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent. Fresh graduates and school leavers are highly encouraged to apply!

Experience: 1 to 2 years of retail or customer service experience is preferred, but training will be provided for beginners.

Friendly, approachable, and highly energetic personality.

Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a plus.
