Your Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be a Brand Ambassador for Sacoor Brothers, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales performance. You will build lasting relationships with customers, provide personalised styling advice, and ensure our boutique reflects the highest standards of luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

Deliver an exceptional and personalised shopping experience for every customer.

Welcome customers warmly and understand their individual needs.

Provide professional styling advice and product recommendations.

Build long‑term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Resolve customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Promote current collections, exclusive products, and seasonal campaigns.

Maximise sales opportunities through cross‑selling and up‑selling.

Maintain strong product knowledge across all collections.

Store Operations

Ensure merchandise is presented according to company visual merchandising standards.

Maintain excellent housekeeping and boutique presentation.

Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.

Assist with stock receiving, replenishment, transfers, and inventory counts.

Support promotional events and store activities.

Work closely with colleagues to achieve store objectives.

Participate actively in training and development programmes.

Uphold company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Represent the Sacoor Brothers brand with professionalism and integrity at all times.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.

Passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.

Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven.

Able to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Good command of English.
