Job summary

Sacoor Brothers Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive to be a Brand Ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales performance. You will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized styling advice.

You will build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business, promote current collections, and maximise cross-selling. The role requires energy, a positive customer-first attitude, strong product knowledge, and flexibility to work retail shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
• Passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven.
• Able to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good command of English.
