Job summary

Tri Shaas Sdn Bhd (MYDIN MART) is hiring a Sales Assistant to support customers, maintain product displays, monitor stock, and assist with daily retail operations. The role requires good communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

You will contribute to promotional activities, ensure clean displays, and follow SOPs while working shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Immediate start is preferred with medical benefits and staff perks provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work effectively in a team.
• Physically fit and able to perform retail operational tasks.
• Willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to start work immediately.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide excellent customer service
• Arrange, replenish and maintain product displays
• Monitor stock availability and product pricing
• Assist with receiving and arranging merchandise
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the department
• Support daily retail operations and promotional activities
• Follow company SOPs and perform other duties assigned by management
