Job summary

AECO Technologies (M) Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a customer-oriented sales associate to promote Garmin products to walk-in customers at our Kuala Lumpur outlet. You will engage with shoppers, answer queries, and showcase features to help them choose suitable solutions.

The role involves processing service sets, providing after-sales support, and managing daily stock and inventory checks, with reports to the Sales Manager/Outlet Manager. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to converse in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and MS Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Promote company's Garmin products to walk-in customers.
• Assist customers with queries and feedback.
• Process service sets and provide after-sales support.
• Provide product information and upsell products/services.
• Conduct daily stock and inventory checks.
• Report to Sales Manager/Outlet Manager.
