The role involves representing the company, promoting Garmin products to walk-in customers, addressing inquiries, and delivering after-sales service. Daily stock checks and collaboration with the Sales Manager ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia required.
1–2 years sales experience preferred.
Fresh grads welcome.
Must be computer literate with basic Excel knowledge.
Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Represent the company and promote products to walk-in customers.
Interact with customers and address queries and feedback.
Receive service sets from customers and provide after-sales service.
Provide product information and upsell products and services available.
Daily stock and inventory check.
Reports to Sales Manager/Outlet Manager.
