Job summary

AECO Technologies (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant at Queensbay Mall Penang. The role involves promoting Garmin products to walk-in customers, answering queries, and providing after-sales services.

Basic Excel skills and computer literacy are preferred. Fresh grads are welcome and candidate must be flexible to retail hours including holidays and weekends. Medical benefits and insurance coverage are offered, plus an attractive Commission scheme (basic salary plus commission).

Qualifications

• Able to converse in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• 0-2 years working experience in sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company and promote products to walk-in customers.
• Interact with customers and attend to their queries and feedback.
• Receive service sets from customers and provide after-sales services.
• Provide product information and sell products and services available.
• Perform daily stock and inventory checks.
• Report to Sales Manager/Outlet Manager.
