Job summary

UNIVERSAL TRAVELLER SHOP SDN BHD is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to deliver excellent customer service, greet customers, and assist with product selection on the shop floor.

The role involves maintaining displays, staying energetic and sales-focused, and supporting the store in daily operations, including weekends and public holidays. The position offers opportunities in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia's market-leading retail network.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers on the shop floor.
• Perform daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.

• Promote and explain promotions, and maintain product displays.

4. Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.

5. Maintain high and positive energy on sales floor.

6. Achieve sales target set by the company.

7. Handle feedback and complaints professionally.

8. Assist in display of merchandise and organizing the sales floor and inventory areas.

9. Perform other ad hoc job as assigned by the superior.
