Job summary

GLORIES GADGET (M) SDN BHD is looking for a friendly Sales Assistant to greet customers, provide product information, and drive sales at our Malaysia outlets. You will handle inquiries, process transactions, and maintain attractive product displays.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and shifts. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with uniform provided and opportunities for promotion.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide product information and recommendations.
• Meet individual and team sales targets.
• Resolve customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Display products neatly per brand standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist inventory.
• Process transactions accurately via the POS system.
• Keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Support promotions and campaigns.
• Prepare daily sales reports.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job description

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide product information and recommendations to customers.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.

Ensure products are displayed neatly and according to company standards.

Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.

Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.

Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns.

Prepare daily sales reports and other required documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification

At least 1–2 years of retail sales experience (Sales Assistant).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good problem-solving and organizational skills.

Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Computer literacy and POS system knowledge are an added advantage.

Possess own transport for traveling
