Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product delivery, installation and after-sales service for customers.
• Assist supervisor with billing management and documentation.
• Work with warehouse and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation.
• Prepare quotations and proposals with Business Development and follow up on delivery and installation.
• Maintain records of inventory, sales and payments to support service quality.
• Respond to online and walk-in customer inquiries with professional service.
• Work on weekends with rest days arranged on weekdays.
