Job summary

Xiaomi Malaysia's NextGen Manager Initiative is a 12-month fast-track program to shape future store leaders. You'll gain hands-on experience in daily operations, leadership training, and mentorship to prepare you to become a Store Manager.

You will lead store operations, manage inventory and visuals, support scheduling, analyze KPIs, and collaborate with marketing and outreach teams while shadowing experienced managers.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree in any field (Business, Marketing, Retail, or related preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work 6 days/week, 7.5 hours/day (rotational shifts).
• Flexibility to relocate throughout Malaysia over the course of your career.

• Energetic, adaptable, and eager to grow into a leadership role
• Flexibility to relocate throughout Malaysia over the course of your career
• Flexibility to work schedule based on shift duty, that may include weekends and public holidays
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus
