Job summary

Jora Malaysia invites fresh graduates to join a phased training program that builds retail confidence from cashier duties to store management. The program offers hands-on training with mentors and real store exposure in a fast-paced environment.

You will learn POS handling, promotions, inventory management, and customer service, with progression toward an Assistant Store Manager role after six months. Availability for shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree required (fresh graduates encouraged).
• Good communication in Bahasa Melayu and English (spoken and written).
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Phase 1: Cashier Training – process transactions using POS, handle payments, returns and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Phase 2: Sales Assistant Training – assist customers, stock shelves, organize displays, support inventory and loss prevention.
• Phase 3: Retail Management Training – learn sales analysis, inventory control, supervision, scheduling and promotions implementation.
• Maintain store cleanliness and provide friendly customer service.
