Job summary

Jora Malaysia is offering a Retail Management Trainee program at Tmn Universiti, Skudai. Participants will rotate through cashiering, stock management and product knowledge, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Through on-the-job training and mentorship from senior leaders, you will learn store operations, supervision, and essential admin skills, with the prospect of permanent employment as Assistant Manager after six months.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged)
• Proficient in English and Malay (spoken and written)
• Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
