Job summary

IKEA Southeast Asia in Malaysia invites a store performance analyst to support the Business Navigation & Operations Manager. You will analyze store performance, steer profitability, and promote standardized dashboards to enable informed decisions on growth and efficiency.

You will forecast costs, monitor staff cost structure, contribute to budgeting, and collaborate with HR on resource planning, aiming for healthy gross margin and sustainable productivity across the assigned area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a retail market, preferably from store or country level.
• Experience in developing new ways of working and implementing efficient solutions.
• Experience in data analysis and creating metrics and projections.

Responsibilities

• Provide store steering team with information, analysis, and expert insight to support growth and profitability.
• Promote standardized dashboards to enable performance analysis and informed decisions.
• Contribute to new ways of measuring and steering business performance in an omnichannel environment, including productivity goals and measurements.
• Have full overview of store profit & loss and manage cost development and gross margin for specified lines.
