IKEA Southeast Asia is hiring a Business Navigation & Operations professional to drive store profitability and performance across assigned areas. You will steer and challenge actual performance with the store steering team, create standardized dashboards and support omnichannel metrics.
The role requires 1–3 years in retail, strong data analysis, and fluency in English. It offers a dynamic environment with focus on cost efficiency and long-term profitability.

Support the Business Navigation & Operations Manager in navigating the growth and securing sustained profitability of IKANO. Drive the business navigation processes, including staff cost and productivity development. Be a pro-active, trustworthy business partner to the Country Business Navigation Manager, Finance Managers and store steering team by steering and challenging the actual business performance for the assigned area of responsibility.
