Job summary

Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a store outlet role to support the Store Manager/Executive in Charge with overall outlet operations. You will handle daily store tasks, supervise staff, and ensure smooth cashiering and reporting.

Deliver excellent customer service, build rapport with customers, promote promotions, and contribute to outlet sales growth while maintaining store displays, merchandising, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in assisting Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall Outlet Operation
• Handle all day-to-day task at store (cash money, daily report, promotion etc)
• Supervise staffs (attendance, briefing, follow up)
• To demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers
• Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth
• Maintain cash accurately according to the set procedures and to keep proper records of operation
• Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customer
• Responsible in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints
• Assisting in all aspects of outlet , especially display, merchandising and cleanliness
