Job summary

Segi Fresh - Retails is seeking a Floor Manager to oversee daily store operations across its Selangor outlets. You will supervise a team, manage receiving, stock accuracy, price updates and promotions, and ensure smooth customer service.

• Experience in retail or supermarket operations is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth business performance.
• Manage receiving of goods and verify quantity and quality from suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels including low stock, Out of Stock (OOS), near expiry and expired items.
• Conduct stock takes, cycle counts and stock adjustments when necessary.
• Ensure accurate price updates and proper execution of weekly/monthly promotions.
• Maintain store layout according to planogram and ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized.
• Manage cash handling processes including opening float, closing counter and bank-in procedures.
• Prepare and update daily sales and stock reports.
• Handle damaged goods, returns and disposal according to company procedures.
• Conduct regular floor walks to monitor store condition and staff performance.
• Ensure overall store cleanliness and compliance with SOP.
