Job summary

Segi Fresh - Retails in Selangor is looking for a capable Floor Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage stock, pricing, and promotions, and ensure shelves are well-organized. You will lead a small team, supervise staff, handle cash processes, perform stock takes, and maintain SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or supermarket operations is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth business performance.
• Manage receiving of goods and verify quantity and quality from suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels including low stock, Out of Stock (OOS), near expiry and expired items.
• Conduct stock take, cycle count and stock adjustments when necessary.
• Ensure accurate price updates and proper execution of weekly/monthly promotions.
• Maintain store layout according to planogram and ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized.
• Manage cash handling processes including opening float, closing counter and bank-in procedures.
• Prepare and update daily sales and stock reports.
• Handle damaged goods, returns and disposal according to company procedures.
• Conduct regular floor walk to monitor store condition and staff performance.
• Ensure overall store cleanliness and compliance with SOP.
