Job summary

Always Marketing Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a field team lead to drive KPI performance and coach field representatives across Malaysia. The role includes onboarding new members, tracking attendance, and planning journeys with the field team.

Regularly visiting key outlet buyers to maintain strong business relationships and supporting recruitment, stock alignment, and ad-hoc duties as needed will be part of the responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive KPI performance of all team members.
• Monitor and track daily activities / task of the team via Retail-Aim Quick View.
• Track Attendance, Planogram Compliance, OOS, etc.
• Plan journey plans with Field reps.
• Conduct field visits to audit execution compliance and coach team members.
• Conduct onboarding training to new members.
• Monitor headcount fulfillments and support in recruiting.
• Regular visits to key outlet buyers to build and maintain good business relationships.
• Support in other ad-hoc duties when needed.
