GLORIES GADGET (M) SDN BHD is hiring a Branch Manager to lead our retail team across Malaysia. You will recruit and interview new staff, monitor performance, and drive day-to-day operations with a focus on customer service and sales targets.

You will create plans and forecasts, manage budgets, analyze daily sales, and grow the business while maintaining strong communication and teamwork. The role requires leadership, proactive initiative, and the ability to work independently yet as part of a

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Sales, Retail, or a relevant field will be an added advantage.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess own transport for traveling

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor employees performance and lead day-to-day responsibilities.
• Recruit and interview new employees.
• Assist with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction and resolve customer issue
• Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs.
• Work to grow business and customer acquisition.
• Contribute to team efforts to accomplish goals and foster teamwork
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by the superior
• Leadership skills with ability to mentor the team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
