Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a retail customer service associate at Prangin Mall Penang, George Town. You will assist customers with purchases, answer inquiries, and help create a pleasant shopping experience at the counter.

The ideal candidate has High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math, some retail or customer service experience, and strong communication skills. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required; basic computer and cash handling skills are needed; benefits include EPF,

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with purchases and addressing inquiries.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and balance the cash drawer.
• Accurately handle transactions, manage the cash register, and monitor stock effectively.
• Check counter equipment daily and report any issues for repair or replacement.
• Keep the counter clean, tidy, and hygienic to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Monitor and replenish counter stock, to avoid shortages.
