Job summary

Pet Lovers Centre in Iskandar Puteri is seeking a customer service representative to support the daily operations of our retail store and help achieve sales targets. You will handle cashiering, promote PLC memberships, assist with stock replenishment, and maintain a clean, safe environment for customers and pets.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Possessing own transport and willingness to work on weekends and public holidays are advantages that will help you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business operations of the retail store to meet sales targets/KPIs.
• Perform cashiering and balance cash registers.
• Recommend and promote product or PLC membership sign-ups and renewals.
• Support in replenishing out of stock items and assist in stock takes.
• Maintain overall housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Any other daily operations duties as assigned by store supervisor.

A customer service representative who supports the day-to-day business operations of the retail store in meeting sales target/KPIs in line with business objectives.

Perform cashiering functions in terms of product purchase by balancing cash registers.

Recommend and promote product or PLC membership sign-ups and renewals to meet customers’ needs and objectives.

Support in replenishing out of stock items on the display and assist in any ad-hoc/periodic stock-take and/or stock count exercise.

Perform and maintain overall general housekeeping to ensure clean and safe environment for staff, customers and pets.

Any other daily operations duties as assigned by the store person in charge/supervisor.

Requirements
