A logistics company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking full-time staff to provide excellent customer service and support in parcel handling. The ideal candidate will possess decent knowledge of Microsoft Office and have a pleasant personality. Responsibilities include assisting customers, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth operations at the Drop-Off Point. Experience in customer service or logistics is a plus. Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly manner.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and stocked with necessary materials.
• Service delivery, packing, and shipping needs efficiently.
• Coordinate with drivers for pick-up of customer orders.
• Monitor parcel pick-up procedures at the Drop-Off Point.
• Sort and process inbound volume and support drivers.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures at all times.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Description

• Ensure the reception area is tidy and well‑stocked with necessary stationery and materials.
• Service customers’ delivery, packing, and shipping needs efficiently.
• Receive customer orders and coordinate with drivers for pick‑up.
• Monitor and ensure smooth operation and parcel pick‑up procedures at the Drop‑Off Point.
• Assist, sort & process inbound volume and support drivers in parcel collection.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures at all times.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as required.
