HYGR SDN BHD is hiring a Retail Assistant/Salesperson for Sunway Pyramid. The role is a full-time contract (6 months, renewable) focused on greeting customers, providing product information, processing sales, and keeping the store tidy and well-stocked.

You will handle cash and digital payments, maintain daily sales and stock reports, and stay informed about product features and promotions to assist customers effectively.

Qualifikationen

• SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
• Friendly, well-groomed and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of cashier/POS system is an added advantage.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

RETAIL ASSISTANT/SALESPERSON (SUNWAY PYRAMID)

This is a full-time contract position (6 months, renewable) in customer service and sales. You will greet and assist walk-in customers with product information and recommendations, distribute samples hygienically, process sales transactions via Point of Sales (POS) or manually, maintain the cart in clean and organized condition, handle cash and digital payments, and submit daily reports on sales, cash, and stock levels.
