Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a retail associate to assist customers in finding desired items, receive and process shipments, and keep shelves organized and appealing.

You will inform customers about ongoing sales and discounts, stay up to date with product information to advise and recommend, and help maintain inventory accuracy through regular price audits and end-of-shift cleaning.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
• Good numerical and verbal communication skills.
• An engaging and friendly personality.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Physically fit, the able to stand for long periods, and move stock.
