Job summary

Love, Bonito in Malaysia is seeking a full-time Retail Assistant to enhance guest experiences and drive sales. You will greet guests, advise on colour and fit, and ensure stock availability across sizes and colours.

Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising upkeep, stock transfers, and operating the POS system. The role requires 1+ year in fashion/retail, and fluency in English and Malay/ Mandarin, with a proactive, people-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant work experience in fashion or retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay/Mandarin.
• Friendly, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Create EXCITEMENT in product launches, workshops and events for guests.
• Assist in providing the best customer experience, advising on colour and fit.
• Ensure merchandise availability across colours, sizes and quantities.
• Maintain a clean floor and fitting rooms for a seamless shopping experience.
• Receive and process stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers.
• Support stock takes and cashiering with POS system.
• Collaborate with store manager to drive store sales performance.

Main Responsibilities

• Create EXCITEMENT in our product launches, workshops and events for our guests.
• Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to guests and offering advice on colour, fit and silhouette to best suit their needs.
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the floor.
• Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms
• Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stock take exercises.
• Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments.
• Work with the store manager to drive store sales performance.

Hours

• Full-time: 45 hours per week, 5 days work a week, morning and/or afternoon shifts
• All staff must be able to work on weekends/public holidays

Qualifications & Experience

• 1+ years of relevant work experience preferably in fashion/ retail company.
• Minimum SPM/ Diploma holder in Retail Management/Fashion or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in spoken/ written English and Malay/ Mandarin
