Job summary

Love, Bonito is seeking a full-time Retail Associate in Klang to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store sales. You will assist guests with styling, check stock, and maintain an inviting floor environment.

Minimum 1+ year retail experience, SPM/ Diploma in Retail Management or Fashion, and strong English and Malay/Mandarin communication are required. Weekend work and a 45-hour week are included, with morning or afternoon shifts. Staff discounts and benefits support the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in fashion/retail preferred.
• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Retail Management/Fashion or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay/Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Create excitement in product launches, workshops and events for guests.
• Assist guests with colour, fit and silhouette advice.
• Ensure merchandise is available in all colours, sizes and quantities on the floor.
• Maintain a clean shopping environment and fitting rooms.
• Receive and process stock, returns, damages, transfers, and support stock takes.
• Handle cashiering with the POS system and process payments.
• Collaborate with store manager to drive store sales performance.

Main Responsibilities

• Create EXCITEMENT in our product launches, workshops and events for our guests.
• Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to guests and offering advice on colour, fit and silhouette to best suit their needs.
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the floor.
• Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms
• Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stock take exercises.
• Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments.
• Work with the store manager to drive store sales performance.

Hours

• Full-time: 45 hours per week, 5 days work week, morning and/or afternoon shifts
• All staff must be able to work on weekends/public holidays

Qualifications & Experience

• 1+ years of relevant work experience preferably in fashion/ retail company.
• Minimum SPM/ Diploma holder in Retail Management/Fashion or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in spoken/ written English and Malay/ Mandarin.
