Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in the hospitality industry.
• Must be 18 years and above and a Malaysian citizen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort.
• Engage with all resort departments to optimize operational efficiency.
• Respond to and resolve guest complaints and incidents.
• Lead security functions throughout the year.
• Maintain financial accuracy and report preparation.
