JOB PURPOSE: As a Resident Naturalist Executive at Resorts World Awana, you will be at the forefront of creating a unique and educational experience for our guests within the Nature Academia. Your role involves a vital role in creating unique and immersive trail experiences for families, ensuring both educational enrichment and safety and providing executive-level leadership to ensure an immersive and enjoyable naturalist experience. This position requires a deep passion for nature, outstanding leadership skills, and a commitment to safety in a resort setting.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and lead personalized guided trail experiences for guests, showcasing the natural beauty surrounding Resorts World Awana.
• Tailor trail programs to accommodate a diverse range of guest interests and skill levels.
• Oversee the development and execution of trail-related programs within the Nature Academia, emphasizing hands-on learning and exploration.
• Collaborate with other resort departments to seamlessly integrate trail experiences into family-oriented events.
• Uphold and enhance safety protocols during guided trail experiences, ensuring a secure and enjoyable adventure for all guests.
• Conduct regular safety training and drills for staff to maintain a high level of preparedness.
• Inspire and lead a team of Naturalists, emphasizing the importance of guest engagement and safety during trail excursions.
• Drive recruitment and training initiatives to maintain a skilled and customer-focused Naturalist team.
  Engage with resort guests, delivering captivating presentations and facilitating discussions on various aspects of nature before and after trail experiences.
• Provide personalized consultations for families seeking unique and memorable trail adventures.
