You will interpret laboratory and diagnostic results to develop treatment plans, educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyles, and maintain accurate EMR documentation while collaborating with pharmacists and other clinicians to ensure integrated, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• MBBS or MMC-recognized degree.
• Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Experience in General Practice or Primary Care preferred.
• Experience in chronic disease management an added advantage.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive consultations and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct health screenings, vaccinations, and preventive care services.
• Perform minor procedures within primary care scope.
• Interpret labs and tests to develop treatment plans.
• Build long-term doctor-patient relationships and continuity of care.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, medication adherence, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and allied health professionals for integrated care.
• Support telehealth services including teleconsultations and EPS.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and ensure continuity of care.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines, SOPs, and regulations.
• Participate in CME and contribute to service improvements.
• Support clinic initiatives to enhance patient experience and efficiency.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

Work collaboratively with pharmacists and allied healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care.

Support telehealth services, including teleconsultations, blood test reporting, and electronic prescription services (EPS).

Coordinate referrals to specialists and ensure smooth continuity of care.

Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

Participate in Continuous Medical Education (CME) and contribute to service improvements.

Support clinic initiatives that enhance patient experience, operational efficiency, and quality of care.

Requirements

• MBBS or an equivalent medical degree recognized by the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
• Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
