Job summary

Halliburton Energy Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced Reservoir Engineer or Geoscientist to join our Unified Ensemble Modeling team in Kuala Lumpur.

You will design and execute integrated reservoir studies, combining geological, petrophysical, seismic and production data to build uncertainty-aware workflows. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in reservoir engineering or related subsurface fields, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of industry experience in reservoir engineering, geology, or geophysics.
• Experience with integrated reservoir studies and uncertainty analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements on ensemble-based reservoir modeling and uncertainty quantification.
• Design and execute integrated reservoir studies using geological, petrophysical, seismic, and production data.
• Collaborate with asset teams to develop uncertainty-aware workflows.
• Support product development and customer workshops.
