Job summary

KITSCH is seeking a talented Web & UI/UX Designer to shape our online experience. This role focuses on mobile-first, customer-centric visuals, creating banners, imagery, and icons while collaborating across teams to deliver compelling digital experiences.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in web design/UX, strong Figma and Photoshop skills, and a portfolio demonstrating e-commerce work. This remote role offers growth and dynamic teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of web design and UX/UI experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing website and mobile-first work.
• Experience in e-commerce is required.
• Beauty industry experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design at least 10 home page banners per month aligned with brand guidelines.
• Update category imagery monthly to reflect trends.
• Develop imagery and icons for site sections ensuring consistency.
• Lead wireframes and prototypes illustrating user journeys.
• Generate assets for responsive, mobile-first experiences.
• Collaborate with Senior Director of Technology on requirements and timelines.
• Conduct A/B tests and apply insights to improve designs.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects through to completion, especially during peak seasons.
