Job summary

Truegenics Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based e-commerce brand, seeks a Senior Graphic & Web Designer for a fully remote role offered to candidates in Malaysia. You will lead visual design across packaging and web experiences, driving conversions and strengthening brand equity.

The role requires a strong portfolio in digital and web design, mobile-first UX/UI mastery, and ability to collaborate with marketing, copy, and sales teams across time zones. Proficiency with Figma and Wrike is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing both digital and web design work.
• Expertise in responsive and mobile UX/UI design.
• Experience with AI tools to streamline creative processes is preferred.
• Excellent remote communication in a cross-functional team.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Figma, Slack and Wrike for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute design ideas for digital and packaging projects.
• Design and adapt packaging using brand templates.
• Create digital assets for websites, social media, emails and campaigns.
• Maintain a strong visual identity across outputs and guidelines.
• Mentor junior designers and provide clear feedback.
• Develop reusable page templates and design systems.
