Job summary

LLL Inc. is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to create user-centered interfaces for web and mobile apps serving Japanese and ASEAN markets. This role is remote-friendly for a Malaysia-based team, requiring collaboration with Japanese clients who value high-quality design.

You will craft responsive interfaces, conduct user research, develop personas and journey maps, and contribute to design systems while partnering with developers to ensure faithful implementation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs.
• Understanding of responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Proficiency in user research methodologies.
• Experience with design systems.
• Excellent visual design skills (typography, color, layout).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create user interfaces for web applications (responsive design).
• Design mobile app UIs (iOS and Android).
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes.
• Design comprehensive design systems and component libraries.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation fidelity.
• Present design concepts to clients (Japanese and English).
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Maintain design documentation and style guides.
