ARDANT is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer for Paid Ads & eCommerce Creative. This fully remote role focuses on high-conversion static ad design for Meta and TikTok (~60%), plus broader ecommerce visuals (~40%).

You will translate briefs into refined, on-brand designs that uphold ARDANT's premium identity, collaborating with a small, agile team. You should bring 5+ years in performance-driven creative, strong Photoshop, Figma fluency, and comfort with AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

5+ years proven paid ad / performance creative experience for premium DTC / eCommerce brands.
Elevated design sensibility with premium, high-end aesthetics.
Ability to produce on-brand creative from a provided art direction.
Exceptional Photoshop proficiency for layout, compositing and retouching.
Experience with AI-assisted image generation as a production tool.
Figma proficiency for organizing and delivering work.
Motion / animated GIF capability for ads and email.
Fast, brief-driven execution with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

Design static ad creative for paid ads (60%) for Meta and TikTok with high conversion potential.
Iterate creative variations based on performance metrics.
Develop wider ecommerce visuals: PDPs, banners, education graphics, emails.
Apply direct-response principles while maintaining ARDANT's premium standard.
Collaborate with the team and adapt to changing ecommerce needs.
Support across disciplines including print assets when needed.
