SummitNext Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly proficient English-speaking Registered Nurse to join as a Virtual Assistant. This remote role in Kuala Lumpur involves managing initial patient enquiries via phone and electronic communication, performing basic triage, and coordinating care pathways.

Ideal candidates will have clinical nursing experience, strong English proficiency, and reliable internet. AHPRA registration and telehealth familiarity are highly desirable for this position.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English with a professional phone manner.
• Proven clinical nursing experience with triage abilities.
• Reliable high-speed internet and quiet dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments of patient enquiries, symptoms, and concerns using established clinical protocols.
• Determine the urgency of patient needs and direct them to the appropriate service (GP, urgent care, emergency).
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the practice management system.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-ups as required.
• Address general administrative queries related to services, processes and paperwork.
• Practice within the full scope of nursing qualifications per AHPRA standards and guidelines, and participate in ongoing training.
