Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an on‑site advisory expert to support project teams across Asia Pacific & China. You will work closely with project managers, site managers, and contractors to strengthen execution quality, safety, and discipline.

You will observe site operations, identify risks early, and provide hands‑on guidance to improve performance across civil works and electrical installation. Travel across the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands‑on experience in site execution and site management for energy, infrastructure, or EPC/turnkey projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide on‑site advisory support to project and site teams during project execution, with a focus on civil works, electrical installation, site supervision, and operational site management.
• Coach site managers and supervisors on best practices in site organization, planning, contractor coordination, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
• Support project teams in assessing and improving contractor performance, including productivity, workmanship quality, and compliance with contractual and technical requirements.
• Support tender teams in optimizing bids to gain competitiveness in the market.
• Act as a troubleshooter on site, helping to analyze execution challenges and implement practical corrective measures in collaboration with project teams.
• Reinforce and promote EHS excellence, identifying unsafe practices, behavioral risks, and systemic gaps, and supporting implementation of preventive and corrective actions.
