Job summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will develop and execute test plans, identify defects, and collaborate with developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

You will perform functional, regression, and performance testing, automate where possible, and ensure alignment with SDLC and Agile practices. Remote work options may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• Proven QA experience in software development life cycle and methodologies.
• Ability to write clear, comprehensive test plans and cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify defects.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and analysts to understand requirements and deliverables.
• Track and report defects with timely resolutions through the dev process.
• Participate in reviews and provide feedback on design and usability to improve quality.
• Automate repetitive tests where possible using suitable tools and frameworks.
• Maintain and update test documentation reflecting changes in features or requirements.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices across projects.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-release verification.
• Continuously research and propose improvements to testing processes.
